- The training sessions take the form of a hands-on 'show, tell and do' session which allows lecturers to create their course structure 'shell'. Follow-up consultations are offered where the Instructional designers consult with the lecturer. During the consultation sessions the focus is on the specific needs of the lecturer and his/her students. It is also a time when lecturers reflect on their teaching practice (and research) and implement suitable and flexible interventions to enhance their existing instructional practice.
